A complete digital transformation for one of Byblos's landmark hotels — from brand identity to booking system, print, and social media.
Sands Hotel is located in the heart of Byblos — one of Lebanon's most historic and visited destinations. Despite its prime location and quality offering, the hotel had no consistent brand identity, no professional website, and no digital presence to match the experience they delivered to guests.
Potential guests searching for accommodation in Byblos had no way to find or evaluate the hotel online. Reservations were managed manually, creating friction for both staff and guests. The hotel had no social media content that reflected its character.
We treated this as a full hospitality transformation — not just a website project. Every touchpoint a guest interacts with, from the first Google search to the door hanger in their room, was designed and built from scratch.
The Sands Hotel logo needed to convey elegance, prestige, and the Mediterranean character of Byblos. We developed a geometric S-mark combining bold structural lines with refined gold detailing — paired with a strong serif wordmark and the tagline "Make Your Stay Memorable."
The colour palette — deep navy and warm gold — was chosen to feel premium without being cold, and to photograph well across both digital screens and print materials.

The website was designed around one primary goal: turning visitors into guests. The homepage leads with an availability search, room listings with pricing and detailed amenity information, and a streamlined booking flow — all integrated with an online reservations and POS management system.

The brand identity was extended across every in-room and front-desk touchpoint. Door hangers, booking confirmation letters, and letterheads were all designed to carry the same visual language — ensuring guests experienced a consistent, premium brand from check-in to check-out.
We designed a series of outdoor advertising materials to drive local awareness and direct guests from the Byblos area to the hotel. The billboard designs extended the brand language — navy, gold, and clean typography — into large-format outdoor contexts.

Starting from a blank Instagram page, we built a full content strategy and ongoing social media management programme for Sands Hotel. Content covered room features, local Byblos lifestyle, seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and branded visuals — all aligned to the hotel's navy-and-gold identity.
